What's your favorite thing about being a Brainster?
For sure solving problems and teaching. One of the greatest parts of working in technology is that there are always challenges to take on and new items to learn and teach. While I get a lot of satisfaction out of solving the problem at hand, I enjoy even more explaining the 'how and why' of the issue and how it was resolved. A close second would be for sure learning the ins and outs of the businesses and organizations we serve. Part of being a self-taught "businessman" means I'm always on the look out for things to learn from other organizations and managers. I have picked up some of the best ideas and processes from CMS customers. I have always endeavored personally and corporately at CMS to truly provide a true value exchange. And learning while helping customers with their tech problems is my favorite way to exchange value!

If you were a piece of technology, what would you be and why?
An informational DVD/Video. While I love fixing tech problems, I enjoy the teaching aspects immensely more.

Besides fixing other people's stuff, what are some things you like to do?
Anything outdoors and hands on. I love building things, whether that be constructing buildings/remodeling or welding/metal fabrication; but I would probably list my top hobby as reading and learning. The implementation of what I learn is for sure my favorite part.

What's your favorite place to visit in Michigan?
Anywhere 'up north'. My family and I love being outdoors camping and exploring mother nature. While I love traveling all over the world, it is truly awesome to live in a state like Michigan where you could literally spend a lifetime exploring all the natural resources.
